GETTING TO HARPSWELL, MAINE
Portland International Jetport (PWM) is the closest airport to Harpswell, Maine. Regular flights can be found through American, Delta, JetBlue, United, Southwest, Frontier, and Sun Country. Be sure you do not book flights to Portland, Oregon!
From PWM, our wedding venue is an approximately one hour drive north along the coast. The nearest city for lodging is Brunswick, but there are also a few smaller communities nearby.
We highly recommend renting a car for the weekend. Uber and Lyft are NOT reliable options — this is Maine, and they’re not quite there yet!
WHERE TO STAY
Harpswell and the surrounding areas are a magical place with plenty to enjoy. So much so in fact, that lodging can get booked up pretty quickly. We recommend booking as early as you can.
We have blocked rooms for our guests at the two local hotels. A few additional options are listed below - feel free to check out Airbnb and VRBO for rentals in Bath or Brunswick.
Sebasco Harbor Resort offers accommodations with stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge, a spa, and plenty of outdoor activities. For those seeking a boutique experience, Federal Hotel in Brunswick provides intimate, A-frame cabins with a creative, modern ambiance. The Hampton Inn offers a more budget-friendly option, blending historic charm with cozy, updated rooms. Skamania Coves offers 7 vacation rental homes and 6 RV sites to choose from right on the Columbia River. There are also nearby towns like White Salmon and Hood River that offer more accommodations. Vacation rentals thru Airbnb and VRBO are also available throughout the area.

We will be providing a shuttle service from the Fairfield Inn to our wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:15 PM. For the return journey, there will be two shuttles from the venue back to the Fairfield Inn —the first will leave at 9:00 PM, and the second at 10:00 PM. If you choose not to use the shuttle service, please refer to the parking information in the FAQs.
There is no minimum night requirement, but there is a discount if you book more than one night. Please use the link below or the group code to receive the discounted rate.
Transportation will be provided to and from The 1774 Inn for guests staying at the Hampton Inn. Please click 'view' below to be directed to our booking link. Our room block is open until May 30th, 2025, at which point the rooms will be released.
We ask that all guests staying at the Hampton Inn take the shuttle to and from the venue. The shuttle will also make a stop in Bath to pick up local guests. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we’ll reach out to ask some of you to take the shuttle from 361 High St, while others may be asked to drive to the 1774 Inn. Stay tuned!
If you book a room at the hotel outside the reserved room block, please let Aidan or Cam know so we can include you in the shuttle arrangements!

We do not have a block of rooms reserved here, but it is a 20-minute drive from the wedding venue and close to Friday’s Welcome Party.
Shuttles to/from the wedding will be provided from this hotel.

A small bed and breakfast near downtown Bath. The Inn at Bath is a 9-minute walk from the Hampton Inn (shuttle pickup and drop off location) and 13-minute drive to The 1774 Inn.

There are a lot of rental options in Harpswell, Brunswick and the surrounding area. Consider staying within walking distance from the Hampton Inn in order to take advantage of the shuttle.
Nearby parking is limited! There is parking located at the Albert F Totman Public Library in Phippsburg, which is just a few houses down from the venue. Guests may park there during the wedding ceremony and reception, but no overnight parking is allowed. There are 24 parking spots at the library.
UBER IS NOT A RELIABLE OPTION—this is Maine, and we're not quite there yet!
If you are driving to the venue, please park at the Albert F Totman Public Library. It is right next door to the inn! The address is 28 Parker Head Rd, Phippsburg.
